Youth Drawing FUNdamentals
with Russell Kahn
Ages: 13 - 18
No Class on 10/7 & 10/14
Inspired by our very own Drawing Fundamentals adult program, our new Youth Drawing FUNdamentals is specifically designed for high school age students, 13 - 18 who are serious and interested in furthering their foundational art skills.
In this 10-week intensive, students focus on learning to draw through the practice of observation by focusing on the four basic drawing skills: Shape, Measurement, Value, and Perspective, as well as learning art history and the specific vocabulary of art and drawing.
This course challenges students to see differently, explore new mediums, and grow in ways they may never have imagined, all in a relaxed, FUN, safe, and nurturing environment.
